Dear Client,

I have left this note with the receptionist at 733 West Colonial Drive, Orlando, Florida 32804 in order to assist with clients who may have questions regarding their cases.

I have relocated my practice to Coral Gables, Florida and notified each of my clients about the move. Most notices were sent out on or about November 3, 2010 and then reconfirmed in a follow up letter on December 4, 2010. It is conceivable that some mail items were lost or did not make it to their intended destinations for reasons outside of my control, thus I write this memorandum.

Please note, if you have not received notice, or have received notice but have remaining questions that you were unable to ask before my practice closed at the beginning of the holiday break, please e-mail me directly at etrivedi@trivediandassociates.com. This e-mail will be checked approximately every three to five business days and responses will be handled accordingly.

Some of you have been retained by the firm as a client and you have previously indicated consent to the transfer of your file. In this case, please expect to be contacted by my office with directions and new paperwork to affect a proper transfer. It is expected that all case transfers will be completed by February 15, 2011. During this time, you should contact me at the e-mail listed above if there are any questions.
